Hi, I’m Tom Molloy.
I write about food, drink, music and culture across Bolton, Manchester and beyond.
I spent three years at the Manchester Evening News, writing all sorts of stories. But my favourites were always the ‘what’s on’ news – the restaurant openings, the gig reviews, basically anything that got people out of the house.
I now work in PR but Molloy’s Musings is where I can share what I’m up to and write about some of my favourite things.
